The origins of the Somerville Companies in South East Asia date back more than fifty years from modest beginnings in Hong Kong in 1958.

Presently, separate Somerville Companies operate in six countries as full service regional centers effectively covering the whole of South East Asia.

A strong commitment to quality has, from the beginning, been the underlying philosophy behind our operations. Our aim has always been to provide our Customers with the best in Design, in Equipment, in Service and in Support.

To this end, our Companies have become the authorised distributors for many world renowned manufacturers of food service and laundry equipment. In addition, we manufacture or assemble under licence - in our own plants - such diverse products as Reach - in Refrigerators, Refrigerated Display Cases, Ice Machines, Modular Cold Room Panels, Refrigeration Coils, Baking Ovens, Chinese Ranges, etc.

To serve our Customers better, we have highly trained service and installation teams backed by large stocks of spare parts.

It is most gratifying that we have been able to keep pace with the challenges of an ever expanding tourism and business market. We have done this by providing the latest technology and by constantly updating equipment and expertise in order to provide the best available product to our Customers.

By now, Somerville has a long and proven track record in the design and supply of Commercial Kitchens and Laundries. This experience and expertise remains with us and is available to all our Customers, both large and small.
